POINT AWARDS
Trophies will be awarded to the following point winners for overall combine only using the following formula.
The winning bird in each race will receive 200 points declining by one point per position to the 200th bird which will receive 1 point for the calculation of all Champion bird and Champion loft awards.  Passed Feb 20 2011

The winning bird in each race will receive 100 points declining by one point per position to the 100th bird which will receive 1 point for the calculation of all the Champion bird and Champion Loft awards (pre-set as per Winspeed program).

THE CANADIAN RACING PIGEON UNION INCORPORATED MEMBERSHIP AND BY-LAWS
  1. All members of the Up North Pigeon Racing Combine Inc. must also be a member, in good standing, of the Canadian Racing Pigeon Union Incorporated. All rules and by-laws of the Canadian Racing Pigeon Union Incorporated shall apply to our members. The Up North Pigeon Racing Combine Inc. shall not create any Rules or By-laws contrary to the C.R.P.U. Rules and By-laws
PROPOSED CHANGE
THE CANADIAN RACING PIGEON UNION INCORPORATED MEMBERSHIP AND BY-LAWS
  1. While the Up North Pigeon Combine Inc. supports and encourages our members to be members in good standing of the Canadian Racing Pigeon Union Incorporated, this is on a voluntary basis, and mandatory membership is not required. All rules and by-laws of the Canadian Racing Pigeon Union Incorporated shall apply to our members. The Up North Pigeon Racing Combine Inc. shall not create any Rules or By-laws contrary to the C.R.P.U. Rules and By-laws.

This is the current wording under By-Law No 2 Section 3 Corporation Race Liberation:

Delaying the Shipping Date 

Shipping dates scheduled for a Thursday night may be postponed because of an unfavourable weather forecast. For any race that is scheduled to be shipped Friday for a Saturday release, the liberators may decide, by majority vote, to delay shipping by one day. This decision would normally only be made in extraordinary circumstances or if the weather forecast clearly indicated that the scheduled day of release would make a release decision impossible.

I would like it changed to read as this:

Delay the Shipping Date 

All shipping dates may be be postponed because of an unfavourable weather forecast. The shipping change must give the driver enough time to reach the Race Point by Sunday morning at5:00 A.M at the latest. If the birds are shipped and Sunday’s weather makes it impossible for the race, a Monday race will take place. Monday races will be a last resort, and only flown if Sundayis impossible to release. The Liberators have full control of Shipping Date and Race Date. If the Liberators feel that the race station must be changed in order to get the best possible race, they must get permission from the Race Committee before announcing a shorter race.

This is a completely new rule I would like to be voted on at the meeting under Race Results 

All participants in the race must report. If they have not clocked pigeons in race time they must select No Report in Winspeed. If they do not select No Report their loft and their birdage will not be included in the total numbers, and this will be considered race result tampering. Any club caught tampering race results will be warned. A second time caught tampering race results and the club we disqualified from that week’s race. If a flier does not show up for strike off, the number of birds can be found on their shipping report printed on shipping night.
