3) In the drop down menu click on the 2023 UNC Constitution Amendment Proposals link.

Due to inclement weather forecasted along the course there will be NO SHIPPING THIS WEEKEND and the race is officially cancelled. According to UNC by-laws this concludes the 2022 Race Season for the UNC. There is still the opportunity for us to participate in some long YB races as I strongly urge all UNC members to come out and support the Borden Bond race on September 24^th, the CLUB 1000 Big 400 on October 1^st and the NRRPA Matheson Open to be flown sometime in the next week or so based on the weather.
