The next meeting of the Up North Combine will be held on January 23, 2022 at the Newmarket Inn, at 10:00 am.This meeting is to address any changes or additions to our constitution along with the 2022 race schedule. All submissions asking for changes or additions to the constitution must state the section and paragraph that the submission applies to, along with the current wording of the by law, and the change you suggest.All submissions for constitutional changes must be submitted by email to Peter Kamstra by December 19, 2021.The proposals will be posted on the UNC website so each club can hold a meeting to discuss them and come prepared to vote.Remember all 2022 membership fees must be paid by December 31, 2021.
