UNC CONSTITUTIONAL MEETING – Nov 10th

The next meeting of the Up North Combine will be held on Sunday November 10th 10:00 AM. at the Newmarket Inn, 18667 yonge street Newmarkert  (same place as last meeting) In the lower conference room. This will be our Constitutional meeting as well as our meeting to elect our executive for next year.Anyone wishing to submit a constitutional change must submit them by email to Peter Kamstra (rebellionloft@hotmail.com) no later than October the 14th.When submitting a change to our constitution please state the section that the change refers to, along with the original wording and the proposed change or addition to the original article.All proposals will be posted on our website so that clubs can have meetings to discuss them in order to vote on them.All clubs should select their UNC delegates for 2020 and send them to this meeting in order to vote for the new executive.See you there Bruce
